What is the Bra Blowout Sale?
The Bra Blowout Sale will begin on December 19th, 2023 at 9am EST for Loyalty Members and December 20th, 2023 at 9am EST for the General Public. Any products marked Bra Blowout or Sale, including individual bras purchased during the promotion at full price, will be final sale, meaning no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated.

Are there any exclusions? Rewards points may be earned and redeemed for the duration of the sale. Applies only to in-stock items and cannot be extended after the listed date. When I add an item to my cart, is it put on hold for me?
No, items are not reserved for you until your payment is processed and your confirmation number is received. We recommend shopping early (and having your sizing ready) in order to avoid disappointment. You can book a virtual fitting in advance here.

What payment method options are available?
You’re able to use a variety of payments, including credit card, Knix gift cards, PayPal, AfterPay (USA), Sezzle (CAN) and accelerated checkout options.

Will you be restocking throughout the sale?
Our Bra Blowout Sale is first come, first served. We will not be restocking through the sale, so be sure to act fast to get the styles and sizes you’re hoping for since stock is limited.

Can I use my referral code or loyalty rewards points on my sale purchase?
Yes, referral codes and loyalty rewards points are accepted during the Bra Blowout Sale event. Only one code can be applied per order.

Can I collect Top Drawer Rewards points on my sale purchase?
Yes, purchases on knix.com and knix.ca are eligible to earn Top Drawer Rewards points.

Can I pay for my purchase using a Knix gift card?
Yes, you will be able to apply a Knix gift card towards your sale purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address or order changes. If you would like to change your order, please use the “chat” feature on our website or email info@knix.com as soon as possible.

Standard US shipping is free on eligible orders over $100USD*. Orders under $100USD* are $10USD for standard shipping.

How long will it take before my order is shipped? Due to a high volume of orders, it can take up to 4 business days for your items to be processed and shipped.
