Our Leakproof technology features a built-in absorbent liner. Depending on the style you choose, the absorbency can range from about 1-17 tsp of liquid. The result? Confident protection from sweat, discharge, periods, and light bladder leaks.

I loved it when you went to this new cotton fabric. It is so soft and has stayed soft comfortable despite numerous washings. They are comfortable, don't bind and don't roll. The amount of absorbency works great for me too. I had to have a stint put into one of my urethras following a kidney which was the result of a car collision. Even though it was removed 6 weeks later, it left the urethra open, hence the need for leakproof underwear. At least they are inconspicuous looking.
I will still give the bikinis a 5 star rating even though they do not seem to be true to fit, at least for me. Based on the measurements I ordered a much larger size than I needed. I appreciated you allowing me to return and exchange for the correct size without having to pay all of the back and forth shipping. I will definitely be ordering them again.
