How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

In addition to being very comfortable, these boybriefs are very effective at absorbing sweat and the occasional minor bladder leak (which is all I need). I feel fresh and dry all day. They're 100% better than panti liners (and better for the environment).

Ive tried the high rise leak proof and the leak proof boyshort as well as these. This boybrief shape is by far the most comfortable. The waist on the high rise is too high and cuts into my stomach. They also ride up immediately, and a wedgie in leakproof underwear makes them not work well. This boy brief sits comfortably at my waist and never gives me a wedgie. They are invisible under my leggings and the seams dont bother me. I would buy more of these if they made them in the essential, non-leakproof for everyday wear.
