Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

I've been dealing with really bad breast pain up to 2 weeks prior to my period and I had no idea how to deal with it. I've been advised to wear a well fitted bra to help with support and therefore the pain, but I'm not a bra person even though I'm a DD cup. So I wasn't too excited about getting one, except this one does an amazing job of disappearing from your consciousness.
I was specifically looking for a bra to wear day or night, and this one really does the job even while sleeping, I don't even notice it.
I feel so good, it's so comfy, thanks a bunch Knix !!

I love it. it’s so comfortable. good support. and actually fits me well. it’s the first bra i’ve found that i actually don’t dread wearing. the only issue i had was the sizing. knix always recommends me a L+ but from past experience i know to buy one size up. and it fits perfectly.
