Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

I was hoping Knox would reach out to me for a review. For most of my life, I have worn sports bras as I hate underwire and bands that dig into me. I had tried a different Knox bra - one with a different fabric and didn’t love it. But this one has super soft fabric with a bit of stretch and does not dig in! Love it! I have retired my sports bras! I size up a band size in all my bras and did so in this one.

I wasn’t looking for a bra. Honestly I had been wearing tank tops with bras in them for the last few years because of a side rib and gallbladder problem.
