Prefer a different size or style? We also offer free exchanges. Just email info@knix.com and we'll take care of you.

Purchased leakproof before? Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange for another size, style, or store credit. We're unable to provide refunds on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs, please open, wash, and wear one pair only before initiating an exchange.

Essential (non-leakproof) underwear and Super Leakproof® Reusable Snap Pads are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Finding the perfect bra fit takes time. We're here to make it easier. Bras (including LuxeLift Tanks and Bodysuits) and bra accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Feel free to remove tags and wash and wear to find your fit before deciding.

Please note: NOOD products must be returned brand new in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Apparel (including tops, bodysuits and bottoms), sleep and swim are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery with tags attached. Swim bottoms and one-pieces must have the original sanitary strip intact.

• Washbags, band extenders, socks, and slippers
• Accessories, including hair accessories, active accessories, bags, hats, and gloves

Yes! You can return or exchange your online order at any of our Knix retail locations.

We can help with returns or exchanges for in-store purchases made with a credit card. Debit purchases need to be returned or exchanged at the original retail location.

Points from returned items will be deducted from your total and may affect your VIP tier status.

Yes. Knix covers return shipping for all exchanges and refunds initiated through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchange orders placed through the portal also ship free within the USA and Canada. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
