Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

They are comfortable and make you feel better if you do leak a little because you do not feel it. No wetness which is a comfort especially when working.

NGNancy G.Verified BuyerReviewingSuper Leakproof® Dream Short™ - Rated 5 out of 5 stars6 days agoNo external leaks on heaviest overnight!
I had a small leak onto the fabric, but nothing leaked through to my pjs or sheets! This was on the literal heaviest night I've had in a long time so I am very impressed with these. They did roll up a little bit in the leg but the top band stayed secure and I will definitely be wearing these overnight consistently!
