Our Leakproof technology features a built-in absorbent liner. Depending on the style you choose, the absorbency can range from about 1-17 tsp of liquid. The result? Confident protection from sweat, discharge, periods, and light bladder leaks.

Although I haven't worn it yet, I ordered this SUPER Leakproof underwear and when it arrived was pleasantly surprised at how unobtrusive it appears to be. If and when I need to wear it I am sure it will be non-detectable under my jeans and other pants -- all of which are tight fitting. I'm 76 and just getting to that stage of small leaks when sneezing or coughing. Have only had one small not noticeable "leak" in public so far. Do my Kegels. Hopefully leakproof underwear is still a little ways off for me. But I'm proactive so I made sure to have something just in case. With lots of research on the internet these Knix seemed the best alternative. Thank you Knix for designing these to not be bulky and noticeable.
