Support level: Light support. Goes up to size 36D. How do I use this bra? Step 1: Apply on clean, dry skin. No oils or moisturizers. If you have oily skin, use some astringent on the area before application. Step 2: Unclasp the buckle and separate the cups. Step 3: With the bra at a 45 degree angle with the clasp facing your belly button, scoop your breast from the bottom and sides upward into the cup. Smooth the edges of the cup onto your breast, leaving 2 to 3 finger widths from the bottom. Repeat on the other side. Step 4: Smooth out any air bubbles using your hands across each cup. Step 5: Keeping your posture upright, pull in your cleavage and connect the clasp to secure in place. The previous review made me hesitant but I figured I'd just return if it didn't work for me. I'm so glad I went with this sticky bra. I think as long as you get the right size, it works like a dream. Stayed in place all night under a gorgeous cowl-neck satin top. Afterwards I washed it and let it air dry and it was all good to for another year end function a few days later. Definitely a must-have in the underwear/shapewear drawer for me.

Adhesive does not stick- on clean dry skin.
Don’t waste your money. Very expensive for a bra that does not work.
