But should you wear a sports bra every day? The answer is that it’s a personal choice. Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. Your cup size, comfort, confidence will all inform your decision.
Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

J’ai acheté ses leggings pour la course et j’adore le maintien et la silhouette qu’ils donnent. Tissu de très bonne qualité. Ne vous surprenez pas s’ils vous paraissent minuscules la première fois, ils sont ultra extensibles et épousent bien le corps.

These leggings are perfect for sweaty workouts. You don’t have to wear underwear and the liner soaks up all the sweat to keep you dry. As someone else mentioned they feel kind of thick. It’s because there is an inside liner and then outside legging material, which is kind of genius. Definitely squat proof and no one can tell I have sweat and leak protection. Get your usual size - they fit tight when you put them on, but they definitely give as you wear them. Honestly my favourite Knix product.

Love these for wearing on long runs while on my period! No chafe and I don't need to worry about changing my tampon mid-half marathon. Pockets are such a bonus and they don't fall down when I run with my phone and keys on me.
