After having a double mastectomy with a flat closure finding a bra that was comfortable, supportive and feminine was a challenge for me. I personally find this bra to be a fantastic option. The bra is supportive and keeps my flaps compressed and the cris cross of the fabric and the raunching hide the depressions in my chest. I actually feel comfortable and confident while wearing it. Would love to see it in some pink or purple colours!!

But should you wear a sports bra every day? The answer is that it’s a personal choice. Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. Your cup size, comfort, confidence will all inform your decision.
Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.
