TI would recommend he ultra leakproof zones+bikini underwear for normal heavy cycles. It's a great invention. But, unfortunately, it is not effective for extreme or out-of-the-ordinary heavy cycles. The underwear is not 100% leak proof. It was worth trying, but it didn't work in my case.
