Not a great experience!
I reviewed all the information carefully before placing an order and wanted the Lightest Absorbency (one drop) underwear. I did not receive the item I ordered but a higher absorbency that I did not want. I cannot reach customer service as the Chat will not let you correspond with some for a quick resolution but to expect delays of a couple of days. A disappointing experience!
