But should you wear a sports bra every day? The answer is that it’s a personal choice. Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. Your cup size, comfort, confidence will all inform your decision.
Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

This is super comfortable. It felt a little snug putting it on the first time, but it actually feels very supportive and not restrictive. The vent is great, I wear it to kickboxing and there’s definitely less sweat to wipe away under the breasts afterwards compared to my other sports bras.
