Sale products discounted below 30% are eligible for size exchange or store credit. Products discounted 30% and above are final sale – no refunds, store credits, or exchanges can be accommodated.

The mystery bundles’ colors will be a surprise! The bundles may contain limited edition colors and/or neutrals; specific bundle colors can not be requested or guaranteed, and bundles may contain duplicate colors.

Does the Bundle and Save offer apply on Warehouse Sale underwear?
No, the bundle and save offer does not apply to sale products. This offer will apply to regular-priced underwear only.

Does the 10% Bra and Underwear Set Discount apply during the Warehouse Sale?
No, the bra and underwear set offer is not available during our Warehouse Sale. Check out our warehouse sale deals for up to 30% off Bras and Underwear!

Does adding to cart hold my items?
We recommend acting fast to snag your faves because items aren’t reserved in cart or at checkout.

Will you restock during the sale?
No restocks—once it’s gone, it’s gone! Shop early to score your size.

Can I use a discount or rewards code?
Yes! You can use loyalty points, referral codes, or ambassador codes. Only one code per order, though. New customer welcome codes apply to regular-priced items only.
