Fit to your cup size for the best support. If there is a dramatic difference between your underbust and hip measurement, we suggest trying the suit on with the sanitary strip intact and tags attached. That way it can be returned or exchanged for a better fit if needed.
I work on the water and needed something that would be functional/comfortable, work appropriate and provide rash guard specifically. Even better that it helps protect from the sun. Originally I had purchased a L following recommendations from the size chart but exchanged for the XL and am much happier with the fit.
