Not for intense workouts
My husband loves the regular "best damn tee" shirts, and the CoolShift tee also has the good drape, softness, and washability factors. But I can't say these work well for his intense workouts. Unfortunately, cotton and all other natural fibers just aren't as moisture-wicking as synthetics, so the sweat collects into the fibers. I got him the shirt in ice blue, and he said the sweat is more visible with that color. Bummer. At least since it's not synthetic (besides the spandex), it won't get as stinky. But it probably won't be used for anymore workouts, just casual outings. Technically the description didn't say anything about exercise, but the other model images and comments gave me the impression that it would work that way for him. Also, unlike the regular tees, these have a brand tag on the bottom hem, which I'm not a fan of.
