Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

I’m 56 yes old. Size 3 I opted for a smaller size because the one that I needed was not available. It is very tight but after wearing it 3 times, I think it works great. I recently had a Brest lift and reaugmentation. I do rebounding for my exercise. I want a bra that would hold me very tight with all the jumping I do. I want to keep my perky breast that I paid for. so the price of the bra was part of protecting my investment.
