    Uncomfortable

    Very disappointed. I've been quite happy with my previous Knix bras but this one is so uncomfortable I can't wear it. Of course I ordered it on sale and now can't return or exchange. Frustrating, to say the least.

    Wrong size was sent

    I originally ordered my usual size, 36DD, but it was too small. After speaking with someone from customer service, I was finally able to exchange the item. I ordered a 40D, per their size chart, but was sent a 38D, which of course did not fit. I have had to contact customer service AGAIN. They didn't read the entire email explaining the need to exchange the item AGAIN. HOPEFULLY, they will be more responsive this time. I think if I can ever get the correct size, I may really like this bra.

    I've ordered this bra in other colors and it's been great. These ones, in yellow, fit differently and badly. They were on sale, but not worth it given the fit. Can't fill out the rest of this. The band is too big, can't tell about the cups. Uncomfortable.

    Great neckline for a party dress.

    To be honest, when it arrived I was disappointed. It was my eighth Knix bra and it just didn't fit like any of my others. It was very tight at first, but after washing and wearing it, it loosened up a bit. The straps are a bit narrow, but for my party dress, they are what I need.

    How to make the right choice?

    I had already bought a Wingwoman bra, but the cup was too small, so this time, I measured the correct underbust and chose the largest cup size according to the guide. Now the cup is too big and I have pain under my arms. For me, it's difficult to choose the right size, even though I like the style, the support, and the cup.
