When and where is the Knix Warehouse Sale?
The sale is happening September 18–20, 2026, at:

What are the hours?

• Friday, September 18: 12 pm–3 pm, Club Knix Exclusive Access
• Friday, September 18: 3 pm–6 pm, General Access
• Saturday, September 19: 10 am–6 pm
• Sunday, September 20: 10 am–6 pm

Doors are subject to close early based on venue capacity and available inventory.

How much does it cost to attend?
General entry is completely free, and no advance booking is required. You can simply show up and join the general admission line.

If you would like to skip the entrance line, you can reserve a paid Jump the Line entry time in advance THROUGH THE LINK HERE. Your reservation fee will be credited directly toward your purchase at the sale, and you’ll receive a special gift based on the reservation option you select.

Is there an online component to the sale?
No. This is an in-person-only event.

What can I shop?
Shop Knix bras, underwear, shapewear, sleep + lounge, activewear, maternity, swim and more, with prices starting at $5 and savings of up to 80% off.

Specific styles, colours and sizes cannot be guaranteed.

What is included during Club Knix Exclusive Access?
Club Knix members get first access to the sale on Friday, September 18 from 12 pm–3 pm, plus complimentary treats from COPS Donuts and HEAL Wellness.

Will there be wait times and lineups?
Yes, wait times and entrance lineups are expected, especially during peak periods. You can skip the entrance line by reserving your Jump the Line entry time in advance through [LINK HERE].

Please note that Jump the Line access applies to the venue entrance only. It does not provide priority access to the checkout line.

Do I need a reservation to attend?
No. Entry is free, and walk-ins are welcome throughout the sale.

A paid Jump the Line reservation allows you to bypass the general entrance line during your reserved window. It also includes a credit toward your purchase and a special gift. RESERVE THROUGH THE LINK HERE.

Why does reserving Jump the Line entry cost $10 or $25?
Your reservation fee is not an additional admission charge. The full $10 or $25 will be applied as a credit toward your purchase at the Warehouse sale.  [LINK HERE]. You’ll also receive a special gift based on the reservation option you select. Reservations are non-refundable.

What reservation options are available?
There are two Jump the Line reservation options:

• $10 reservation: Priority entrance access, a special gift and a $10 credit toward your Warehouse Sale purchase
• $25 reservation: Priority entrance access, a special gift and a $25 credit toward your Warehouse Sale purchase

How do I reserve a Jump the Line entry time?

How do I redeem my reservation credit?
You will receive a redemption card when you enter the event. Present this card at checkout to apply your credit to your Warehouse Sale purchase.

My preferred reservation window is sold out. Can I still attend?
Absolutely! Entry is free, and walk-ins are welcome even when a reservation window is sold out.

You’ll join the general admission line when you arrive. Advance reservations provide Jump the Line entrance access, a credit toward your purchase and a special gift, but they are not required to attend.

Are reservations refundable?
No. All Jump the Line reservations are non-refundable.

I can’t find my reservation confirmation. What should I do?
That’s okay, you can provide your name at the door and we'll look up your reservation.

Is complimentary parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available in Lot 854 at Exhibition Place. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I get to the Queen Elizabeth Building?

• From the west end: Enter Exhibition Place via British Columbia Road or Dufferin Street.
• From the east end: Enter Exhibition Place via Manitoba Drive.
• By GO Transit: The Queen Elizabeth Building is approximately a seven-minute walk from Exhibition GO Station.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes. Strollers are welcome, but please note that Knix reserves the right to check bags and strollers upon entry or exit.

Will washrooms be available?
Yes. Washrooms are available on-site.

Will there be fitting rooms?
There will not be fitting rooms. Fit stations will be available where our team can take measurements and answer fit and sizing questions.

Will products be restocked throughout the sale?
No. Inventory will not be replenished during the sale, so we recommend shopping early for the best selection.

All products, sizes, styles and colours are available only while quantities last.

Will shopping bags be provided?
Yes. Paper shopping bags will be available.

Can I earn Club Knix points on my purchase?
Yes! Please ensure you are signed up for Club Knix before the event and provide the email address associated with your account at checkout.

Can I redeem Club Knix points, discount codes or other promotions?
No. Club Knix rewards points, discount codes and other promotional offers cannot be redeemed at the Warehouse Sale.

Can I use a Knix gift card or store credit?
No. Gift cards and store credits will not be accepted.

What payment methods are accepted?
This is a cash-free event. Credit, Debit, ApplePay and GooglePay accepted only. 

What is the return policy?
All Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale. Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted.
