    I ordered these for compression after hip replacement. I ordered this brand because of the cotton lining which I preferred over synthetic material. I found that they offer pretty good compression and I definitely like the feel of cotton next to my skin. Not hotter than full synthetic. True to size in that I usually wear 14 pants; I ordered XL and that worked for me.
