Just as athletic gear has made it into our every day, so the lines dividing sports bras and regular bras have begun to blur. Just as you might wear yoga pants when doing many things apart from yoga, so you may find yourself reaching for your sports bra when there isn’t any physical activity in sight. But should you wear a sports bra every day? The answer is that it’s a personal choice. Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. Your cup size, comfort, confidence will all inform your decision.
Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

These have been my staple leggings for years. After gaining a bunch of weight I had to find leggings that I felt comfortable in, I got these in a XXL, and they felt great. They were fantastic at hiding imperfections (they’re not magic tho lol if have cottage cheese like me in certain lighting it will still show) but it did an amazing job of making my butt look a bit more flattering. These leggings lasted me through 60lbs of weight loss before they started slipping to the point where I needed new ones. You may be thinking that they didn’t fit me right when I first got them, but you’d be mistaken. While my FUPA was noticeable if not wearing a crop there was no muffin top or squeezing or any unflattering or uncomfortable squeezing.
I loved them so much when I finally had to get new ones I bought an XL. If I keep losing you can rest assured I’ll be buying the next size down.
I will live in these leggings. Please do not stop making them. I wear these for everything, Pilates, running errands, lounging and they’re perfect for it all.
Additionally at 80 bucks it’s an incredible price point for leggings in general these days, let alone ones that are this high of quality and look so good!
