Very comfy for sleeping, but the waist is snug, unlike the flowy fabric. So I’d suggest making your size choice based on waist size. I didn’t even realize I had these on and usually sleep without bottoms. Love!

These fit big depending on what you want for fit. These are super soft and so comfy.
