    • How do I join?
    • It’s easy! Just visit knix.ca/pages/rewards and enter your email address, first and last name, and create a password to sign up. Once you’ve confirmed your account, you can log in. Bonus: you just earned 25 points by signing up!
    • Do my points expire?
    • If your account is inactive for 12 months, your points will expire. In order to keep your existing points, you’ll need to make a purchase every 12 months.
    • How do I earn points?
    • All the different ways to earn are outlined at knix.ca/pages/rewards. You can earn points by signing up, on every purchase you make, and by buying a certain number of Underwear or Bras. You can also earn points by referring your friends to try out Knix!
    • When can I start redeeming my points?
    • You’re able to start redeeming once you hit 100 points.
    • Can I earn points if I shop at Knix retail
      locations?
    • At this time no, but we are in the process of bringing Top Drawer Rewards to everywhere you get your Knix.
    • How can I see how many points I have?
    • To see how many points you’ve accumulated, log in to your account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of our homepage. Your points balance should appear right at the top.
    • What happens to my points if I return a product?
    • If you return products for a refund, the points from purchasing those products will be deducted from your total. It may also affect the VIP tier you’re in (i.e. if your purchase put you into the Champion tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $150, you will move down to the Super Fan Tier)
    • How do I use my points?
    • Make sure you are logged in to your account. At checkout, if there is a reward available, you will have the option to determine how many points you'd like to redeem by clicking the drop down menu. For mobile checkouts, it is located under "Show order summary". You can only redeem in increments of 100, 200, 300, and 400 points.
    • What happens if I use a discount greater than the
      cost of my order?
    • If your order amount is smaller than the reward discount you’ve selected, those points will be lost. You can only redeem your points in increments of 100, 200, 300, and 400 points.
    • How do I get early access to sales and
      product launches?
    • Be sure you are subscribed to our emails or SMS program, you can do so by subscribing via the popup as you enter our site, in the footer or at checkout. Additionally, you can email info@knix.com to request to be added to our Knix Top Drawer Rewards email list.
