Knix “Win Your Order” Contest Official Rules

The “Knix Win Your Order Contest” (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Knix Wear Inc. (“Knix” or the “Sponsor”), 179 John Street - 600, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1X4.

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 11, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, excluding Quebec, who: (a) have reached the legal age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry; and (b) are Club Knix loyalty rewards members at the time of entry. Club Knix membership is free.

The Contest is void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor and its related parties, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. All eligible Entries, regardless of entry method, have an equal chance of winning.

Method 1: Automatic Purchase Entry. During the Contest Period, an eligible Club Knix member who places an order through Knix using the email address associated with their Club Knix account will automatically receive one entry into the Contest for that qualifying order.

Method 2: No-Purchase Mail-In Entry. To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, email address associated with your Club Knix account, phone number, mailing address and date of birth on a piece of paper, together with an original essay of at least fifty words on the topic: “What is your favorite Knix product and why?” Mail the entry in a stamped envelope to: Knix Win Your Order Contest, 179 John Street - 600, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1X4. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately, postmarked during the Contest Period and received by August 14, 2026.

4. Entry Limits

Limit of one entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of entry method.

5. Essay License

By submitting a mail-in entry, each entrant grants Knix a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, display, edit and otherwise use the essay, in whole or in part, together with the entrant’s statements about Knix products, for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional purposes in any media, without further notice, approval or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Prizes

There are five prizes available.

If a winning entry was submitted through the automatic purchase entry method, the prize consists of a refund of the winner’s qualifying order, up to a maximum value of $500 in the currency in which the order was placed.

If a winning entry was submitted through the no-purchase mail-in entry method, the prize consists of one Knix gift card in the amount of $250 in the currency applicable to the winner’s country of residence.

The maximum approximate retail value of each prize is $250. The maximum approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,500.

7. Winner Selection

On or about August 18, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from among all eligible entries received to select five potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Confirmation

Before being declared a confirmed winner, each potential winner must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question and complete any documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, is ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and potential winners, award prizes and otherwise as described in Knix’s privacy policy: https://knix.ca/pages/privacy.

10. General Conditions

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. The Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who: (a) violates these Rules; (b) tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest or any related website, platform or system; (c) uses multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts, automated systems, scripts, bots or other unauthorized methods to enter or participate; (d) submits false, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information; or (e) acts in an unfair, disruptive, abusive or unsportsmanlike manner.

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or undeliverable entries, mail, emails, notices, responses or other communications; technical, hardware, software, network, server, website, platform, payment processing or other failures; human, printing, typographical, administrative or other errors; unauthorized human intervention; or any other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, or any portion of it, if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, security issues, legal requirements or any other cause impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. If the Contest is cancelled or terminated before the end of the Contest Period, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winners in a random draw from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the cancellation or termination.

Under no circumstances will the Sponsor be required to award more than five prizes or to award any prize other than in accordance with these Rules.

Each prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable and non-assignable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any portion of a prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial, local and other taxes, fees and costs associated with prize acceptance and use, if any.

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Contest, any entry, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Rules will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, except to the extent the laws of an entrant’s jurisdiction of residence apply as a matter of mandatory law.
