How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Be careful, seems snug at first try-on but stretches out - I went down three sizes after buying my first pair!! Seamless, comfortable, very good product. I am plus size… but I have slim hips and thighs with a larger waist. I usually have to upsize to fit my waist, but then have things fitting too loose around my bottom and at thighs. These garments are best designed for folks with larger bottoms and rounder thighs (not me) but I can still get a comfy fit because the generous and comfortable stretch in the waist means I can size down. Hope that explanation helps.
