Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Customers say these thongs are comfortable and provide good light leak protection for everyday wear, gym activities, and light period days. Many appreciate the no-show design under leggings and the soft, seamless feel. However, sizing issues are frequently mentioned, with many reviewers finding them smaller than expected and recommending sizing up. Some note the material feels stiffer than other styles, and several mention inconsistent sizing across colors. While most praise the moisture control and confidence they provide, a few find the absorbent panel too thick or positioned incorrectly. The thongs wash well and maintain their shape, though some experience durability issues after 1-2 years.

I thought these fit a little smaller than the brief cut but after wearing them, they are my new favourites! Comfortable, invisible and great for light flow days!

As a dancer/choreographer I love these light leak proof ultra thin thongs. They are a staple in my drawer. They wear beautifully and are comfortable to wear under leggings, jazz pants, or a ballet leotard. For me they just work and wouldn't switch to anything else.
