Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Customers say these underwear are comfortable and provide reliable protection. Many praise the full front and back coverage, with frequent comments highlighting their effectiveness for overnight wear and heavy flow. Users appreciate the no-show design under clothing and soft fabric. Common concerns include fit issues around the thigh and leg openings, with some noting the underwear rides up or gaps. A few mention the material feels thicker than expected, and some report leakage despite the protective design. Overall, customers find them a practical alternative to traditional products.

As usual I ordered the wrong ones. But I’m happy with them. They have protection from front to back. Gives me more confidence.

I've been a customer for at least 15 years. I wasn't expecting more coverage but it makes me feel comfortable. These are the only undergarments I'll ever wear.
