Wow.
Yes, it works, yes, you can wash it in the machine and use dryer. Yuk it's 90 or more every day here for weeks, so actually gets too sweaty after 6 hours, of course I am not using A/C in my home...so probably not a problem for most Americans.

Amazing! The only period underwear you need!
I have been looking this for my daughter ever since she started her period. Regular period underwear is great but this is better! Even with regular underwear she had to wear a pad up the back and across the top at night time. Also, she loves to lounge around at home, and I had to constantly tell her to sit up so her period would stay in the area of the padding. This eliminates this problem. My only comment - which I think others have stated too - is more cheek coverage. Then, it would be perfect. This is just fine too for light day, heavy days, and all the days in between.

Not for me, but if for you... maybe try 1 size up
The issue I keep running into with the full full coverage styles is that they'll be extremely tight in one area. This one for me was just too tight in the leg holes (although I do have pretty chonky thighs at the moment =/). There was just no give; however, the waist did fit okay this time (not like the Cotton Super Leakproof Boxer Brief I got a while back that were too too tight on my waist).
If you're a little thicker in the legs/waist area, I would recommend trying 1 size up if this is the style u want.

Front to back coverage leaks out leg opening
The idea of the front to back coverage is great, but because of the high cut leg openings they leak out anyway. Seems like just traded out one problem for another. Hip measurements are accurate when measured for corresponding teen knix sizing; waist is tight & leg openings gap from being high-cut style.

Just don’t fit right, still leak at leg openings
I normaly wear sizeXXL in overnight dream shirts; these are tight to begin with at waist, but relax after a wearing a couple times. I tried tried these because of the extended gusset protection, but they just don’t fit me right (and the adult panties like these also don’t fit me well). Knix does not give any waist measurements to go by on any of their panties, you only go by the hip measurement & I think that is where the problem is. The leg openings tend to be wider than their other panty styles & the waist is tight & doesn’t relax on this style, so they leak out at the leg openings even though they give a longer gusset coverage.
