    Straps too narrow and cuts into shoulders.

    The bra cups and side wings were comfortable but after wearing it at home for 2-hrs. the straps literally dug into the tops of my shoulders, chafing my skin and causing an indentation. For the price, I would have preferred wider and cushioned straps. Returned. Customer service was good.

    Improper fit (fitted in store) and noisy

    I have some knix bras I adore and this is not one of them. Purchased to wear to a wedding, was fitted in store for this one, and the fit (likely because they didn't have my size so they put me in this one) was gappy. The worst part though is how noisy the bra is. Maybe only an issue with larger chests, but the little circle pieces that hold the strap squeak every time I move. Needless to say, didn't wear it to the wedding and it's been in a drawer ever since.

    Fit wasn’t right

    I purchased this bra because I’m looking for something without wires. The bra I received did not fit properly. The exchange process was super smooth and a new bra arrived the next day. The second bra arrived and did not fit and they have graciously exchanged it for a second time. My new bra is on its way. I can’t tell you how easy this entire transaction has been with you.     J’aime qu’il n’y ait pas de soutien metallique mais il y des sons de crawuements qui proviennent je crois de l’anneau à l’arrière et le don est tres perceptible lorsque je bouge et il y a des ecarts d’un soutien gorge à un autre résultat un est plus serré que l’autre
