Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

This is my second Catalyst Sports Bra and I love it as much as the first. I'm larger-breasted and this bra keeps everything in place (my workout is medium-impact). It's supportive and comfortable- no rubbing or chafing. I had to exchange one size for another and their return/exchange policy was incredibly easy and customer-friendly. Would definitely recommend, and will certainly buy from knix again.

It took a bit to get this bra adjusted correctly, but now that it is, I am loving it. I really appreciate the adjustable straps and band which allow for a better, more supportive fit without making the bra feel uncomfortable. The fabric is soft and the bra breaths nicely during moderate workouts.

For larger bust it is hard to find a supportive bra that doesn't have a wire. This was a tight fit, but fit better after a few wears. Good support and has better separation than most sports bras.

Easy to put on and adjust. Not digging in anywhere especially in the sides. Can do jump squats and jumping jacks without worrying. Bench presses and deadlifts are executed a little easier as there is no side spillage or bulges. Ended up buying 4 bras. So worth it!
