How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I’ve been a fan of Knix from the start. I wear the underwear not only on leaky days, but they’re my go to on gym days and cycling days too. I’ve had the high rise for a long time but this time I sized down and they’re great. They don’t roll down for me in the smaller size and feel like a completely different underwear style.

Warning the high rise is ultra high. I sized up bc my butt is big and my waist is small. I could be a solid 4 months pregnant and have room in these. BUT who cares I can ride without panty lines, no awkward rubs from sitting on large seams in the saddle AND didn’t look like I peed myself.
