But should you wear a sports bra every day? The answer is that it’s a personal choice. Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. Your cup size, comfort, confidence will all inform your decision.
Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

I’ve bought other workout shorts from leading sports brands.. but the inside layer always rides up and leads to that painful leg rubbing. These are tight around the leg, comfortable around the waist, I love them so much I bought another pair. Highly recommend! The leak proof aspect is a major bonus.

These shorts do it all - these are the only shorts I run in during the summer. The waistband doesn’t fold over or slide, and the inner shorts stay in place with no chafing. Please make more colors!

Wear these for cardio and HIIT workouts. Never have to worry about LBL with these sweet shorts. They stay where I want them and hold onto my key in the thigh pocket. Just ordered a second pair.
