Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Customers say these shorts are exceptionally comfortable and provide excellent protection for periods and bladder leaks. Many appreciate the soft fabric that feels like regular underwear and the secure fit that doesn't ride up. Users frequently mention the confidence and peace of mind they provide, especially for overnight wear. Some note concerns about the absorbent pad width, with occasional side leakage reported. A few customers experience issues with the waistband rolling down or leg bands rolling up on certain body types. Many reviews highlight the high waist design, which some love while others find too high for their frame. Overall, customers praise the comfort and effectiveness, with many becoming repeat purchasers.

I love knix‘s dream shorts! Super comfortable and absorbent - great for peace of mind.
I’m usually between size small and medium but found the medium fit me best (and hold their shape fairly well).

I LOVE how soft the fabric feels on these underwear! I also like the fact that they are shorts that don't ride up and stay stuck in my behind! I own several pairs of the dream shorts. This design is fun! They are so comfortable when I wear them. Highly Recommend!!!
