    • For their longest life, air drying is best. Hang or lay flat to dry.

      First time in my life

      I always have very heavy cycles, and especially heavy flow at night. For the first time in my life (30 years of cycles) I was able to sleep without stressing that I would have to get up and change the sheets and my underwear in the middle of the night. The days of putting on two pads on to cover front and back are over! The super leak proof are amazing! They are so comfortable and really are leek proof. I slept worry free and comfortable.

      life changing

      I purchased these almost a year ago. I find the "shorts" style better for overnight protection. I found that these stretched a little bit when sleeping with them, and the way I sleep is like a pretzel so there is a slight opening where it can leak, but not with the short style. I have very heavy periods and sometimes I would need to change a super plus tampon every 30-40 minutes, and still have leaks doubling up with a pad. Since I have had these, I hardly use tampons anymore. I am a nurse, so I can't really run to the washroom often. I have never leaked, or been worried about leaking in these. And you wash them just like you would with the rest of your delicates. I got the superplus leakproof. They don't feel like a diaper, I tell everyone about these. I can't tell you how many times I have bled into my pants before finding these. They are a little pricey, but they last, and since we get our periods every month, it is worth the investment.

      Best style for heavy nights

      I have purchased a few different styles from Knix and these are by far the best for overnight protection. The full front and back ensures no leaks and they absorb a heavy flow. Surprisingly they don’t feel that thick when they are on, much more comfortable than a pad.

      For sizing I got XL (same size as my regular underwear) and I normally wear a size 12/14 bottom as a curvy girl. They fit well, not too tight, they do stretch a tiny bit
