    I’m glad Knix understands that some of us need a larger absorbent panel. For whatever reason, I bleed more in the front. This has made other underwear worthless. These hold up with no leaks. I do wish there was just a bit more bum coverage, but that’s just my personal taste. Rating 4 stars for that reason.

    These are the ultimate protection! The leak proof zone goes all the way up to the back waistband ensuring a good nights sleep. with absolutely no leaks! I ordered three pairs and large, but wish I ordered them in medium, whereas I’m 125 lbs but have a long back needing that complicatedovernight coverage!

    These are for complete overnight protection. Broke my back, have fibromyalgia, stenosis of the spine, degenerative disc disease, neck, replacements, SI fusion- all causes bladder leaks. Days in a row dry as can be, but when my nerves are raw, I get to be so worn out, my body feels heavy and my nerves are haywire! I don’t have to worry about leaks giving real sleep to those who need it!

    I can't believe it...

    These are the BEST when you are having your period. I was so nervous there would be leaking or stains everywhere but somehow, some way- they didn't leak once, not even CLOSE.

    I originally got these because I read it might help your cramps if you don't wear tampons anymore and I will never, NEVER go back to anything but these.

    Love these!

    When I first started ordering the period panties I was not sure if they would really work so I would wear a tampon but one day I was so busy at work and I’m going through the change so I was going through a Ramon an hour so these panties proved them self because I knew I was bleeding through and had no leaks plus I wear them under skin tight today pants for work and you would never know I have them on

    Good protection

    I love the ultra leakproof zone+ coverage. My original kinx often had leaks as the gusset was smaller and I need more absorbency than was available at the time. I typically only wore them on my light days as I didn't trust them. These new ones offer much more absorbency and I was able to wear these as backup for my heaviest days with no leaks. My only complaint is that bikini is not my favourite cut. Would love to see some boyshort leakproof zone+! That was my favourite style.
