Yes, you can return or exchange your online order to any of our Knix retail stores.

We can help with returns or exchanges for purchases made in store as long as the purchase was made with a credit card. Debit purchases need to be returned or exchanged in the same retail location.

If you return products for a refund, the points from purchasing those products will be deducted from your total. It may also affect the VIP tier you’re in (i.e. if your purchase put you into the Champion tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $150, you will move down to the Super Fan Tier)

Knix covers the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds initiated through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
