How to Measure

I bought these because I’m a sweaty person. I don’t wear them for leakproof periods. However, they work exactly as I had hoped. I love them, and I have quickly replaced all of my thongs with these!
For reference, I’m 5’5” and 140#. I order size XL because I hate when my underwear is even the slightest bit tight. I could definitely do size large, or maybe even size medium, but I prefer a roomier version.
