How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I bought this style in the white with purple floral pattern. I’m a newcomer to period underwear, and finally decided to wander into this world after some research and a combo of wanting a more comfortable, eco-friendly, and sensory-friendly solution.
I also prefer seamless so there’s no VPL (and there are a lot of fake “seamless” styles out there), and these fit the bill.
I have found Knix to be a great solution for me. I have consistently light cycles, so I don’t need overnight styles. These provide absorption/protection for the whole day (recommend changing for evening). They feel like my other seamless underwear and are truly high waist, so the primary adjustment is to the gusset. It’s different (in feel) than normal underwear, obviously, but less bulky than any pad!
