Log in to your account and head over to the rewards page. You will be able to see how many points you have to spend & redeem on rewards in The Rewards Shop. Add your reward to cart & checkout!

Yes, you will be able to earn points any any purchase you make in-store. 

To see how many points you’ve accumulated, log in to your account on the Rewards Page and your balance will display at the top!

If you return products for a refund, the points from purchasing those products will be deducted from your total. It may also affect the VIP tier you’re in (i.e. if your purchase put you into the Passionate Badass tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $150, you will move down to the Champion Tier)

Be sure you are subscribed to our emails or SMS program, you can do so by subscribing via the popup as you enter our site, in the footer or at checkout. Additionally, you can email info@knix.com to request to be added to our Club Knix list.
