How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

These are super comfy! I have three of these and two of the bikini style ones for medium flow days and I love them both. The concept is great and they do hold quite a bit. For reference I have a super heavy flow for the first two days where I’m changing pads every hour/two hours and I was able to go FOUR hours before needing to change! I’ll probably just get more so I can change pairs as needed as they are so much more comfy than pads. All in all, see what works for you but definitely give these a go. I doubt you’ll be disappointed!

Absorbency is important . This description is vague.

Just to clarify, any style that is named "Essential" has an absorbency rating of zero. These items are not leakproof and are meant to be worn as everyday undies. You will see the rating displayed on the product page along with the droplets. Essential undies will not have any droplets.
